Overview

The Capital Projects and Design Division was established as a separate Division of the Public Works Department as a result of the reorganization in 2007. Prior to the reorganization, the personnel comprising this division were part of the Engineering Department.

The Division is responsible for the design, construction/reconstruction and inspection of public infrastructure improvements including street improvements, water main replacement, sanitary and storm sewers, uniform fences, street light improvements and/or other special projects.
