Outdoor Sales
The following requirements must be met in
order to conduct outdoor sales:
Use must be located on a B-1 parcel.
Written permission of owner/management
must be provided to the Department of Community Development.
Temporary Business License required.
Permit for a temporary structure is
required if applicable.
Permit requirements if a tent is to be
used:
a. Site plan showing location on the property and
designating access to the tent.
b. Certificate of flame resistance.
c. Any temporary electrical hook-up or generator must be
inspected prior to starting operation.
d. 2A-10BC fire extinguishers must be provided and readily
available.
