Book Discussion: group meets monthly with book list chosen yearly.  Pick up book list and leave a copy of your library card.  Books delivered monthly to the Pavilion.

Bridge/Canasta/Pinochle  No partner needed. Tuesday & Thursday – 12:30 PM. Intermediate Bridge. Canasta & Pinochle Groups meet Monday afternoons at 1:00 PM at Pavilion. Group welcomes new players.

Crafts Group meets Tuesday 10:00 AM.  Crafts with a purpose.  Projects planned to benefit local charities and to address community needs. No experience necessary

Conversational German DEUTSCHEUNTERHALTUNGSGRUPPE – Group meets Thursday – 10:00 AM.  Conversational German with John Dickmann

Current Events Discussion Group meets Tuesdays – 10:00 AM. Join an enthusiastic group and discuss world events. 

Educational forums (held periodically)

HAPPY HOOKERS - Group meets every Thursday afternoon at 1:00 PM at the Pavilion to knit, crochet, share stories and laugh.

Men's Breakfast Monthly all you can eat buffet breakfast.  Interesting programs presented focusing on topics of interest to men.

Movies Twice Monthly offerings seasonally offered evenings and afternoons

Parties In celebration of the holidays including New Years, St. Patrick’s Day, Older Americans, 50+ Anniversary Party, 90+ Birthday Party, Pavilion Anniversary, Octoberfest, Thanksgiving

Pot luck lunch: Come and share a wonderful buffet lunch with fellow members of Pavilion.  Register with Judy and let her know what you are bringing – appetizer, main dish, vegetable, or salad

Singles Mingles Meets last Friday of every month.  This group has a great time meeting new people, interacting in planned activities, enjoying the friendship of others, and looking to add a new dimension to their lives by exploring interesting programs and activities.

Tuesday Nights:  Every Tuesday night the Wheeling Pavilion is open until 9pm with weekly offerings of crafts, cooking, games, computers, fun.  Check out the calendar for details.

Wheeling Park District Cooperative Programming:

The Wheeling Pavilion Senior Center collaborates with the Wheeling Park District to host several programs and co-sponsor others.  Check out the Wheeling Park District website for more information regarding the collaborative programs below.

          Golf league (WPD) at Chevy Chase

          Painting classes at Community Recreation Center of the Wheeling Park District

          Trips / Events Jointly administered by the Wheeling Pavilion and the Wheeling Park District

          Yoga classes provided by the Wheeling Park District and held at the Wheeling Pavilion
